Contacted them right before the thanksgiving holiday to come out and clean a few of my sofas. To my surprise they were available to stop by the same week the person I spoke to over the phone was a pleasure to speak to and easy to book an appointment with. On the day of my appointment Ricky showed up he explained everything step-by-step and started cleaning to my surprise the couches were cleaned above my expectations and he also threw And a free rug cleaning Ricky explained that AAA was a family owned And they cared about every single one of their customers. I have two cats and a white couch. Won't go into gross details, but needed couch cleaned immediately. Read the reviews and decided to try AAA - glad I did! They showed up on time, were friendly, explained everything and quoted me a price. I can't say they were the cheapest, but overall fair. I appreciated the communication as the process was happening. Because it's a white couch some spotting was still visible, but the gentleman explained once it dries it will improve greatly if not disappear completely. He was honest with me up front that it may still be slightly yellowish. Only thing I would say is my floor wasn't completely cleaned up when they left, but not a big deal as most of it was.

Just a quick word of praise for AAA 1 Carpet and Upholstery Care. Jose came by promptly as scheduled and did a fantastic job on our sofa and loveseat! I'm not going to count this part of the experience as a negative but I was a little blown away by the "spot cleaning" price which was something like $12.00 per square foot. That alone could have added another $60 to the $128 I was quoted for both pieces. I, however, had some upholstery cleaner on hand and asked Jose if I could pre-treat the darker areas myself and he was like "Sure thing!" So I did that, scrubbed those areas, all the upholstery came out looking great and I stayed within my budget. I'd recommend them but if you're budget it tight, I'd also suggest that you might want to pick up a bottle of upholstery cleaner / stain remover to pre-treat those areas as best you can and possibly save a little money on your visit.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They were responsive on Yelp when I was inquiring about their services, arrived 5 minutes early, performed amazing work and were super friendly and offered super helpful advice on how to keep our stuff clean. Highly recommend them! Ricky is the man!

Finding someone to clean your carpet isn't the easiest job. However, after contacting AAA 1 Carpet & Upholstery Care everything went smoothly. We discussed what I needed, which was a basic steam cleaning for my carpet. They gave me a reasonable price for their service. The whole process was very quick and easy. They were able to work around my schedule and clean my 2 bedroom apartment in a quick efficient manner. Working with them was a delight and I would do it again. Thank you!

First off gotta give a shout out to Riiiiccccckkkkkkyyyyyyyyyy!! What a true delight of a human. He was super friendly, helpful and totally fast. MY carpet is so so so clean. I've lived in my spot for ten years and really needed a refresher. He came in and got everything clean in under half an hour. The best price rate for carpet cleaning. I had gone to a few others and this was the best deal I've found. So happy I chose AAA1 and for real will use them again and will tell my friends about them - especially my friends with pets. All the little spots that other carpet cleanings missed were fixed. SO HAPPY!!

Just had a Groupon for a three (3) rooms of Carpet Cleaning. Wasn't expecting a lot for the $65 Groupon price except just a Basic Steam Clean! I have Berber, White/Cream colored Carpet that was pretty stained and dirty. However, to my pleasant surprise, Ricky did an amazing job! He was was on time, pleasant to talk to and well versed on how best to clean my Carpet. Honestly, I wasn't interested in any up-selling because these 3 rooms of carpet are going to get Hardwood Flooring in the next 8 months. So, I didn't want all the benefits of a deeper clean which I understood would have done an even better job. But, none the less, Ricky did an amazing job and I could be happier with the job he did. My expectations were pretty low, but the job was way better then a $200 Job would have cost me if it was done by Stanley Steamer, which I've used so many times in the past! Thanks Ricky for the excellent job, he is definitely the guy to ask for!

Had two large rooms of carpet cleaned plus two tub chairs yesterday. Melvin, the technician, was very professional and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and he did not rush through the job. I will use him again in a few weeks to do my tile and grout in the bathrooms. I recommend Melvin and AAA 1 highly.
