My roof was leaking in multiple places. My main concern was how much it was going to cost to fix it. I called American Roofing Pro and I'm so glad I did. Shawn was very helpful and transparent about my options. The person who originally did my roof did a terrible job, he showed me where the mistakes were made and what I could do to fix them. FYI - make sure you hire a roofer, not a general contractor. He showed me photos the problem areas of my roof and explained the issues. He answered all my questions and also sent me an estimate without any pressure for a new roof in case that's the route I choose. He also was on time, at the beginning of the time window they gave me. They were great. All information given at the time of the estimate remained true until the end. As promised, American Roofing Pro started the project on time, completed work within a week's time, and left things spotless clean on their way out. We weren't expecting an exact match for new roof tiles as our existing roof was faded after 20 years of sun exposure, but Shawn found a near perfect match. Shawn personally checked in at the job site every day and provided progress reports and pictures of the work and the before and after shots from the drone, providing us the high quality customer service we were seeking. American Roofing Pro installed a new roof on my duplex in February and I couldn't be happier with it. I had been having problems with leaks for a few years and tried to solve the issue by having the roof patched in the problem areas, but the leaks kept coming back. Shawn told me it was time for a new roof. During the inspection, Shawn took the time to explain why he thought I needed a new roof and what the process would be. His communication skills are excellent and he gave me a very thorough overview of the job. And the pricing was better than any price we received prior. I wish we did not waste our money on patching and just went with a new roof in the first place. The job went a lot faster than I thought it would! I think it was three days, tops. The workers were kind, efficient and clean - everything you could ask for in a construction crew. The new roof looks great and has stood up to the staggering amount of rain storms flawlessly. There was another area of the building that had leak issues that I thought were coming from the balcony, but apparently the water was coming from the old roof because those leaks completely stopped, too!
