I needed my rug and tile pulled up and the concrete beneath polished. His quote for demo and concrete work was on par with what others were quoting for demo alone. The floors look great. Nice and shiny. Full disclosure: The only negative is that he underestimated the time it would take and then had to rush to get it done. So little attention to detail things were missed, but mostly covered by new baseboards and the floors still look really great. No regrets! Open
