Had the spring break on my roll-up garage door. Called several door companies late in the afternoon, and Caliber gave me the best price and could be out to fix it the next day. Jose, the installer, arrived on time as scheduled, and not only replaced the spring, but actually installed 2 springs (original door installer only put one, which is why the spring only lasted 3.5 years...too much stress for just 1 spring). The door now operates even smoother, and the springs should last a lot longer. Thank you Caliber for courteous prompt service. You have another life-long customer!

I've had some serious issues with my garage and Caliber came by initially and replaced the springs, but 5-6 months later, I had another issue. I initially called another company out and the guy that came by didn't even take the time to diagnose the issue despite paying the initial service fee. I called Caliber back and Craig came out and he took the time to really understand what was going on with my garage. Since I don't understand garages at all, it was really important that I could trust my service tech and Craig was honest, considerate, and respectful. He fixed my garage and helped identify why it was malfunctioning. I recommend his service!

Great and speedy service. Leo communicated with our HOA to get our garage door replaced before the Holidays, as ours was inop and I couldn't even get the Christmas tree into the house. The installation techs showed up at 8:00am on Dec. 23, and saved the day. True professionals all along!

I highly recommend Caliber Garage Doors. I ordered a new garage door to be installed and they set an appointment at a time of my convenience on my next available day off from work. Service technician Craig Paskiewicz arrived promptly at the time Caliber said he would, and he made the process easy by assessing my needs, creating a plan of action, and answering all my questions. Craig was honest, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond all my expectations. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I got a nice garage door at a better price than quoted by their competition. Thank you Craig!

Caliber will be my go-to company from now on. Another company came out to fix a damaged strut and then seemed to be trying to rip me off by claiming I also needed a new and stronger spring for my garage door IMMEDIATELY ($700). I contacted Home Depot for a second opinion and Caliber turned up as their third-party repair service. Jose from Caliber checked out the door, said it was a strong spring, up to the job, and working just fine. He taught me how to lubricate the door (3 X per year!). He came out to Los Angeles from Chino to do the repair. As a woman, I am used to companies trying to rip me off. Nice to find an honest company

As the board of director treasurer of a 300 unit complex Irvine, I cannot emphasize enough the positive experience we had with Caliber Garage Doors. The director of sales and marketing Leo Marin attended a board meeting where we interviewed 2 other companies for our garage door replacement project.
