We had our kitchen and Family room travertine floors cleaned, polished and resealed. Eric and his team were on time, very professional and efficient and did an amazing job! The floors turned out like brand new and they made sure to address all my concerns and requests. Our furniture was carefullly moved and placed back in a manner as if it were their own. I was referred to Elite Marble by a tile store for restoration and polishing of our travertine floor, and some other minor work. Eran returned my call promptly, scheduled a visit to inspect the project, and gave a very fair bid. His crew (4 men) showed up on time, and did a wonderful job. I stopped by once during the work day to find them working hard, and being very clean and careful, with baseboards and furniture protected. Excellent job!

I was referred to Elite by Westside Tile. Their quote was reasonable and they suggested I hone my limestone as opposed to just cleaning. They did a great job. They were careful in the set up, but its a very wet process and one wall absorbed some water which messed up the paint a bit. I told Eran and he was on it immediately and sent a professional painter to fix it. He really stood behind his work. I would recommend him and his team and I will use them again in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Arron and his crew. Showed up right on time. Very careful with walls and furniture so it would not be marred by the process. I knew the floors had not been professional cleaned in 12 years. But the results we absolutely amazing. They didn't look this good after they were installed. I almost had the travertine taken out I was so disappointed with living with it. Now it looks like it belongs in a palace. Thank you Elite Marble. I will be calling you for all my flooring need :)

Last week I had an addition of 120 sq feet of marble and it was flat unpolished stone while the rest of the room was polished. Eran Chen came with a crew exactly at 8:00AM as promised and completed 3 rooms by 2:00. They moved all the furniture including a piano and cabinets. The floors look brand new and have a high glass that is stunning. I HIGHLY recommend this company because they are reasonably priced, have honest, hard working employees and they do a fabulous job. They filled the holes that were damaged in my kitchen, Eran didn't change the price from the estimate, and Eran stayed and worked the entire time with his crew. I needed the floors completed on that day and was sort of nervous they might not show because I didn't get a "reminder" phone call, but they arrived exactly on time! USE THEM!

Eran and his guys arrived 20 minutes early. They rigorously and meticulously worked on our limestone and marble floors all day. The work is outstanding. The 21 year old floors look better than they did when new. Eran stayed with his crew all day. He is very pleasant and extremely professional. The crew was very careful with our house, as well. Found him on Yelp. The 5 star reviews are right. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

My marble floors hadn't been cleaned in years. They were dull and the grout was almost black. I had Aaron out to give me an estimate which was very fair and reasonable. The service was completed in 1 day which was a main goal. The quality of the cleaning and friendliness of the service was second to none. After Aaron and his guys finished, the floors shined and sparkled and the grout was back to its original color. He educated me and my housekeeper on how to keep the floors looking good, which cleansers to use and which ones to stay away from. A few weeks after the cleaning, I noticed a small area that needed a bit more attention. I called Aaron and he came back himself the same day and took care of the issue. Excellent and responsive customer service like this is so refreshing. All I all highly and confidently recommend Elite.

I called Aren Chen of Elite Marble as well as a few others to give an estimate on repairing and polishing our travertine floors. Mr. Chen was the only one to return my call. We had had our floors done before by another business so we were aware of what it can cost. Mr. Chen gave us a quote below what we had paid a few years ago. Although he was unable to fit us in before Thanksgiving as we had hoped (he must have been working on another reviewer's home), he did get to us soon thereafter. The crew of three were very careful when moving our furniture and belongings, and worked methodically throughout the day. The result was beautiful flooring that looked new again. We didn't want to put our furniture back! The crew came on the rainiest day of the year, but that did not deter them at all. We look forward to being customers for a long time!

I needed my travertine floors polished before 10 out-of-town guests descended on my home for Thanksgiving. I got 2 quotes and Eran's was by far more reasonable than the other business. He managed to fit us into his busy schedule just in the nick of time and he and his crew magically transformed my heavily scratched dirty floors into looking almost as good as new. I definitely would recommend to a friend and likely will call Elite Marble again when I am ready to fix up the upstairs bathrooms.
