Our experience with "PipEase" was pleasant from the first day. Mike provided us with an honest and fair estimate, and answered all our concerns or questions. The entire crew was very professional and they did a great job cleaning after re-piping. We were concerned with all the holes, but as guaranteed by Mike, re-plastering was perfect and after painting, we couldn't even notice the holes. But what is best about this company, is the "after care" provided to the customer. We called with minor issues, and the next or same day, someone was at our home addressing the concern. When the inspector came by to look at completed re-piping job, he stated "this is obviously not their first rodeo...they did a great job," which we agree with. These guys just finished my re-pipe last week and I could not be happier with the job they did. I'm really surprised there aren't way more 5 star reviews for these guys. They started the job on Wednesday, had all the holes cut and the new PEX piping done by 4:00pm that afternoon - water was back on for our use by 4:00 pm too! Thursday was inspection day and their work passed with no issues. Friday was the loooonnnngggg day, they came early and had all holes (maybe 40-50 total in the drywall) patched and perfectly matched and texturized by 5:30pm that night. I am still in awe at how well they were able to match my drywall and how well they texturized the existing wall with the patched wall. Had a team of four guys working, all very professional, and all very helpful. Mike was of course available to me and my wife at all times and answered all of our questions. The price was about what can be expected for a full home re-pipe. Also, with a 25 year warranty on all work and any possible future leaks/damage, how can you go wrong? I would recommend these guys to anyone. If you live in south Orange County and you're one of the hundreds every month that have a slab leak due to garbage copper piping, do yourself a favor and call these guys for an estimate. Open

We are very pleased with the work that was done  on our house.  The workers arrived on time, and started right away.  Our home was built in 1947, and we had done small repairs over the years, however, it needed to be repiped.  We were nervous at first, but they all were very professional, and  clean, and quite.  There was no yelling back and forth while they working, so I did not get nervous that something was not going well. I am so happy to finally have good water pressure.  I do not have to run the water as long to get hot water.  Mike, (owner) came out to check how the job was coming along.   We felt that they were fair with the pricing, and it is a job well done. This company came all the way to Torrance take care of a home that needed re-piping and re-draining.  In addition to the repiping and redraining, they also installed a brand new tankless water heater.  This home didn't have any working plumbing for almost 4 years, and now the plumbing is EXCELLENT.  This team does great quality work and were extremely efficient, and they took care of all necessary permits and such with the city so that you don't have to worry about it. They bring a full crew and get the job done. their work is top notch, and their patch guy for drywall repair at the end of the day is the best. Mike @ Pipease was very professional, responsive and their price was competitive too.Mike always responded to my phone call or text and explained all parts of projects. They were done piping, patching and inspection in two days. He even accommodated my request to move some plumbing around. About a week ago, my husband and I noticed a stain on our bedroom ceiling. The stain felt wet, which led us to assume we had a leak. We looked online and found PipEase, and immediately gave them a call. They had someone out the same day, which impressed us right away. We originally wanted a simple repair, but Mike, the salesman, informed us on how we would save thousands of dollars with a full blown repipe. He let us know that when one leak starts, more are bound to appear in time. We agreed to a PEX repipe. The very next day, a crew showed up and began the repipe. They were courteous to us, and answered every question we had. That night we noticed something we hadn't before: stronger water pressure and not having to wait minutes for hot water! The following day, the drywall crew came in and started covering our house in thick plastic, ensuring that none of my furniture would get dust or overspray. This crew was just as helpful as the repiping crew, answering all my questions and explaining every step to me. When they finished, the house was as good as new! They matched the textures perfectly and left floors spotless! I would like to thank PipEase for making this experience amazing for us.
