This team is very friendly and professional. They came to fix the leak in our bathroom. At that time, I was also at risk of leaking in another location. I asked them if they could help me overhaul it, and then they dealt with it directly for me. They also made up holes in our other walls. During the process, they wrapped our furniture with protective film very intimately, and cleaned the scene after finishing. Excellent service, I highly recommend it! Open

Bath Planet redid our showers in the guest and master bathrooms. They came out so nice. Anthony, José, and Justin did an amazing job. WOW!  Bath Planet surpassed our highest expectations!  We had the exceeding good fortune of working with Doug as we planned the design for our guest bathroom and master bathroom.  He was thorough, asked us great questions to get an idea of our vision, and provided us with an array of choices.  Since we were impressed with the quality of materials that Bath Planet used, the lifetime warranty on their work, their Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, and their price, we contracted them to do the work.  What a great decision that was!   Bath Planet sent us two of their best workers, Nester and David!  In two days they magnificently transformed the bath/shower in our guest bathroom and the shower in our master bathroom.  They turned out gorgeous! What was so extraordinary about their work is they took out the bath, shower, and tub fixtures all the way to the wall and then installed all of their top quality products.  We were not only stunned by the beauty of the bath and shower, but we were exceedingly impressed by Nester's and David's plumbing expertise and the meticulousness with which they performed their work.  It was evident that they knew what they were doing and took great pride in their workmanship.  They are master craftsmen at their trade! Bath Planet was the BEST choice I could have made. They made the entire process of bathroom remodel so easy. I had my master bathroom done in January and loved it so much that I had them come back to do my guest bathroom today. Best renovation experience we have EVER HAD! The sales representative was with us every step of the way. Like any construction project there were a few hiccups, but they managed the issues without adding anything to the cost. They also completed both our showers in the amount of time they had promised. 2 showers in 2 days which was amazing because my husband has a permanent back injury and didn't have to do without a shower since there was always 1 shower to use.
