Our experience started with a phone call where I spoke with Steven.  He gave me a quote for two screens for my home.  We first had to get approval from our HOA which took much longer than we expected.  When we did get back to Steven, he honored the original quote even though it had been over a month.  He was super friendly and understanding that the delay was out of my hands.  Larry the installer came today as scheduled and installed our 2 screens.  He did a beautiful job, he was fast, efficient and professional.  In fact, everyone we came in contact with at this company was extremely professional and provided amazing service.  I highly recommend Casper Screens for both their product and the service. If you're in the Los Angeles area you will be very lucky to meet Tommy Shanahan, he installs these awesome retractable double and single screens for Casper, The Disappearing Screen - (Family Owned and Operated) Southern California's #1 Selling Retractable Screen Door! We had an appointment today around noonish but Tommy called me about 9 am and told me he's available for an earlier install. He arrived much earlier and I was very happy because really now who wants to wait, right? He brought a small version of the screen doors demo to illustrate how the double screen doors will work and look when installed on my main double, front doors. I had 5 color choices such as white, black, almond etc. I chose white. Tommy had asked me about my any other doors so after a couple of talking about price I decided to add my garage (single retractable screen) door. He installed both my retractable screen doors in such a swift manner that after he told me he was finished I was wondering to see if he had done a good job? Tommy performed an excellent job installing and demonstrating the two doors he had done for me. He even gave me advice where to point the lubricant to keep the retractable mechanism performing at its peak. I contacted Casper for a quote for a screen for my front door and i received a call back very quickly from I believe Kevin.  He answered all my questions and i learned they have a location in Poway.  I headed over there on my lunch hour one day and spoke with Kyle who took his time showing me the product and assured me that scheduling an appointment at my home was in no way a commitment to purchase the product.  I even mentioned that i was also checking out a competitor and he pointed out some differences between their product without bashing them in any way.   I did check out a competitor that also had a location in the area and decided to go with Casper.  Dale arrived right on time was very professional showing me the product that he would install.  I agreed to go through with the purchase and he efficiently completed the installation, cleaned up any mess (there really wasn't much) and was on his way with after pointing out some things.   I'm quite happy with the product and the entire purchase experience.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!
