I don't write reviews very often but this company deserves all of the good press. First of all, their response time was almost immediate and their price was fair but still slightly out of our price range. We were able to come to an agreement and WOW I am glad we went with them. We used them to turf a portion of our back yard that was just a gross dirt patch and converted it into a gym. Not only does the turf  look phenomenal, but the guys also helped me move all of the gym equipment and helped me tighten up all the screws because I didn't have the tool I needed. On top of that, I asked if they could help me install some electrical wiring to run landscape lighting to the outdoor gym. They went above and beyond, running the power all the way to the other side of the house, hiding the wire and even digging a tunnel the stairs so it looks clean. When I asked them how much I owed for the extension cord they said "don't worry about it". I was so grateful I made homemade guacamole for them! We use this area every single day now. Have been renovating the house for the last 2 years and the final project was the landscaping. I needed pavers, irrigation and plants. As this was the last project, the funds were getting tight. I contacted a few companies. One local company I liked a lot, but they only did pavers and I would need to find others to do the remaining jobs. It was too much hassle with my limited time. I also contacted a very well known paver landscape company I used at my previous house. The do great work, but just to pricey for this job. That company referred me to Fernando at Turfusion. We looked high and low for a landscaper that would give us ideas as well as a quote on remodeling our front yard.  We had several people out and if they would design they wanted to charge us for the designs.  Most threw together a open ended quote or never got back to us at all. We finally had TurFusion (Parrish) come out.  He was the first who worked up a design that we loved.  The process went very smooth and we always knew what would be happening next and who would be out.  Parrish was always available for any questions or possible changes we wanted to make along the way.  He was so patient and in the end just wanted us to be happy with our yard.  He has a great eye for design so was able to comment on the changes we wanted to make and point out the pros and cons.  Each day the workers did a good job at cleaning up and not leaving an unsightly mess.  We couldn't be happier with your front yard.  Great quality and something we will be proud of for years to come. I began my journey like any reasonable person would and started calling people for estimates to compare prices. When I first met Jordan I had a very rough idea of what I wanted and long story short, Jordan ended up coming out twice to give me an estimate just to make sure I knew what I was getting and he understood my vision. The project was to install completely new grass in the front and back, install planters, rubber mulch for the kiddo to play in, and also a mini garden type thing on the side of the house. After comparing prices I found that Jordan was able to meet all of my demands while keeping my budget in mind. Ultimately, it was his customer service that won me over. He never said no, and would always try to accommodate my requests. Jordan and his crew arrived on the day of bright and early and got working. The project was finished within 5 days. I made changes along the way, and Jordan and his team accommodated every step. I added things here and there and was asked if I was happy with everything along the way. The owner, Leo, also managed the project and was an absolute delight to work with. They even transplanted a plumeria tree that I have a lot of sentimental feelings for to my new house! From the initial consultation to the installation I would give them five stars all around. We were going to take advantage of the DWP rebate but when we realized all the restrictions it had, we opted out. Jordan who helped us through the process gave us different options and ideas which the previous company who install our backyard didn't do. I was able to show him my ideas and what would fit in our budget to make our yard how we would want it. He was also able to price match the lowest quote and they were able to give me more. He was always responsive and was never pushy when it came to making my decision. When we did decide, they were able to start quickly. The crew from start to finish did an excellent job. It took them 2 days to fully transform our frontyard. We made a couple adjustments where they were able to do without a problem. I came home with the job completed and they cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely happy we went with Turfusion. I had a desert landscaping with way too many plants and bark ground cover which was almost gone.  Jordan assisted me in designing a more simple look with the removal of many cactus (which they saved some I could give them to someone else), converted sprinkler irrigation system into drip system, and replaced bark with DG, pavers, and peddles.  Beautiful and clean new look.  Thank you Open
