We were very impressed with the work Ilan and his crew did on our entryway.  The overhang was rotted and was a real challenge to redo.  In fact another company inspected the job and determined it was too complicated for them.  So we took a chance on Ilan.  His crew replicated the overhang exactly and it looks beautiful.  They actually did more than required and everything looks perfect.  Based on this, we had him redo 2 sets of French doors on our patio and, again, were happy with the result.  Our next project with him will be our new roof.  I look forward to working with him in the future. I used Ilan and his crew for a master bathroom and walk in closet addition. Before deciding on using them, I had met with 3 other contractors and I just got good vibes when I met with Ilan. Once I agreed to use them, the work began almost immediately. The architect came on 2/7/18 and by 2/26/18, required permits had been obtained and the project started. The crews arrived timely and with the exception of maybe one rainy day and waiting for inspection, there was work being done all day, every day. (Mon-Fri), and a couple of Saturdays.They were always professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. This entire project was completed and final inspections approved on 4/25/18. Remodeling California did an exceptional job in completing our room additional with a bath, new roof, exterior paint and gutters. The coordination and communication between Ilan, the owner/general contractor, and I were always on point! His entire crew that worked on this project had great attention to detail and carried out their specialties most efficiently and without compromise. The architect drafted the plans and had the permits approved within just a couple of days. The demolition and foundation was expeditiously completed, as well as, the framing and the roof was erected in advance of the periods of heavy rain. All the subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, carpenter, tile, etc.) obviously took great pride in their work, as was evidenced by the favorable comments from the City's Inspectors. Ilan and Manuel, the foreman, daily oversaw this project, and it was finished well in advance of the estimated schedule of 3 months. The quality of work by this team was first rate! Open

We called Remodeling California after a friend recommended him to us.  Ilan was quick to respond, provided a detailed project order and estimate quickly, and was able to start right away.  He was always reachable for any issues or questions.   His guys are all great, showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day.   He was able to stay on schedule, despite the changes & additions we made to the project.  Home renovation is always stressful, and Remodeling California made it much less painful.  We love our new kitchen, dining room and living room.  Everything is beautifully done, and the attention to detail really shows.  We look forward to starting the upstairs phase with Remodeling California! We recently completely remodeled an old "50's" bathroom and replaced kitchen countertops.  All work was exceptional quality - workers were polite, worked late as needed to meet deadlines with great attention to detail.   Pricing was mid-range - and did not include the fixtures (toilet, vanity, shower faucet, kitchen sink.....) - however - Ilan did let us know about what they would cost so we were aware of total cost.   Ilan offered many pictures and suggestions and was very knowledgeable about what was needed.  All in all - highly recommend if you are looking for exceptional quality and work done within schedule promised.
