Great service! We recently moved and first thing I did was research different whole house water systems. We had a SWS system in our last home and had nothing but trouble with it. I decided to go with Superior water due to the excellent reviews and the fact it's local so if there is an issue they can come take care of it. Elaine came over the same day I called. I ended up purchasing a Waterboy 5000 for our home. George the plumber came to install the following week and noticed since we have 2 water heaters the line is split and in order to have the rooms covered by the second water heater we would need an additional unit. Because of the size of our home I was not completely shocked but the extra expense still stung. We called Elaine and she was nice enough to discount the second waterboy which made it a lot easier (I really appreciated her doing that).Because the second water heater was outside, George had to install it partly underground. I was a little concerned about how it would look but George was professional, neat and thorough and it looks fine. Having clean water is such a priority that I didn't mind it being put partly underground (nothing a bush can't cover up). Lastly, the real test was taking a shower and I cannot believe how great my hair and skin feels!!! Worth every penny!! I know it's pricy and an investment but clean water is so important for your health, appliances, laundry and well being! Do yourself and favor and look up the water report in San Diego its shocking what's in our local water. Open

Have had system for over ten years without ANY issues. Original purchase, installation, and training provided so we could correctly use system was fantastic. Peter contacted us immediately when system needed maintenance, and because our city water provider changed chemicals they were using. They also work to mitigate issues like changing chemical concoctions (because profit margin is more important than the customers health and safety) and provide a system to clean these agents out. We've been happy with the Waterboy since its installation several years ago. But what was really a pleasant surprise was when I left a message on the office phone over the weekend asking for some assistance of a non urgent nature. I was expecting a call back after the weekend but lo and behold I received a call back a short time later from a very helpful Peter Carlisi. We hate the taste of our city water and weren't convinced there were any options out there that were actually worth the expense. We were at our friends house and after tasting their water and doing some research online, decided to go with Superior Water.  Our friends didn't like the city water taste either and with young children made the investment.  They have the WATERBOY 3000 and are pleased with the taste of their tap water, their shampoo actually suds up in the shower and they don't have to buy salt or potassium. It's too bad our water quality isn't like it was when I was a child but the fact is, it isn't and it never will be, so we need to do what we can to limit the junk we put into our bodies and our children's bodies. Wow. Called Superior Water (waterboy home water systems) on a Saturday. Peter (one of the owners) personally called me back within an hour and walked me through  a simple process to fix a flushing timing issue. Open

First, I really like their product, the Waterboy.  We have had it for a few years with minimal problems.  Recently, I discovered a problem with it leaking water and bringing up my water bill.  I called for service and they sent someone out.  They agreed to replace the control unit and did so quickly.  What really told me they were a good company to work with was that it was probably my problem with the home pressure regulator that caused it.  I can't thank them enough for the work they did.  I highly recommend the product and the people.
