Back in 2014 I had Mr Cabinet Care remodel our entire kitchen cabinets with new doors/drawers and the soft closure options. I also had them remove our granite island counter top and replace it with Quartz. I was very impressed with the results. I had a brand new kitchen. Moving forward to 2020 while carrying several cans of food, I dropped one and it hit one of the cabinet doors damaging it. The damage was very visible. Knowing that I was outside of my warranty period, I called Mr Cabinet Care Service. I forwarded a photo of the damage that I caused to them. A short time later, the service department called me back and arranged to have one of their techs come to my house to repair the damage. Now that work on my kitchen has been completed, I would like to add  information and photos since my initial review which I posted prior to completion.  My kitchen looks fabulous! Do you hear me!  The overall experience was great so I kept track of the employee names so I could commend them. First, my salesman, Juan Agame, was very knowledgeable and helped me to capture the vision of what my kitchen could be and worked out a price I could handle. Dinah, the surveyor measured everything perfectly and helped me modify the original plan by moving the microwave across the room and installing a wall mounted range hood over the gas range. The Mr. Cabinet Care (MCC) installer, Saul Romano, made my 30 year old cabinets look brand new. He is a master craftsman, a true professional and a gentleman.  During the process a Supervisor, Marcos, inspected the work to be sure all was going well.  He also was professional and even returned after completion to fix a minor problem I reported on an electrical light switch. MCC has other skilled employees that I would like to praise for their part of the good work done in my kitchen. Jose Jimenez did a great job on the tile backsplash.  It took some skill as I picked out individual tiles that did not come in sheets which needed to be measured and cut precisely.  Edgar Garcia did a fine job of completing my kitchen by doing the plumbing reconnection, new garbage disposal and installing a lighting fixture I purchased. Everyone showed up on time and worked diligently to finish the project. I was a little concerned as the virus threat increased while work was being done on my kitchen but thank God all went well and it is finished in grand style. I'm grateful to Mr. Cabinet Care and everyone who played a part in the matter including the Anaheim Hills Tile Supply and the company that did the countertop fabrication and installation. We just completed a kitchen cabinet refacing with Mr Cabinet Care and wanted to take a min to share our experience. Our salesperson came out and did the estimate and helped us through the choice and option process. Once we agreed, Nathan came out and did a wonderful job of surveying the project and assist with a change we wanted. The overall communications on the project with Mr.Cabinet Care was outstanding.  With that said one of the main reasons for the 5 stars was our installer Edwardo. He was fantastic. He was on time every day, he was extremely detailed in explaining what his focus was for each day, cleaned up each day, and his work was fantastic. No radios blaring or other inconsiderate activities I have seen with other contractors. He was a pleasure to have in our home. On the final walk there was not any items that needed to be adjusted or tweeked and the space was detailed to perfection. Quality of work was always a focus. We first meet with Steve who went over all over our options and different price points and brought samples and lots of pictures of their work. Once we decided to hire them we scheduled a start day and went from there. Saul Romano was put in charge of our installation and was there every morning right on time and ready to work. He and his crew did an amazing job and the project was on time and went off with out an issues. They would clean up at the end of everyday so we could access the pantry and the refrigerator. Mr Cabinet Care was the only contractor who could give me an estimate during the initial meeting. After getting 3 other quotes, they were very competitive. They were also the only company who provides a 20 year guarantee. The cabinets are custom made in Anaheim for my kitchen, not ordered from a ware house outside of the US. They were always very responsive, communicated well and showed up when scheduled. There is some down time between cabinet installation and counter installation, but the complete project from demo to final was exactly 1 month. Sergio, the contractor they suggested for the additional work that MRCC does not do, was great as well. Very good at communication and keeping me informed throughout the process. Mr. Cabinet Care did our kitchen cabinets and countertops when we remodeled to an "open floorplan." We were super pleased with the company, the employees, the product, the process, and the service. The whole process was smooth and every employee we worked with did their job well. We took down a couple of walls and had some tricky specs for how the cabinets wrapped around the corner of a new wall wrapped in brick. They nailed it! I appreciated that from the very first meeting with the sales rep, he was taking measurements and creating digital drawings to visualize our plans. Over a few weeks those plans were updated several times and each time we got to review and comment on them. Nothing was missed. The scheduling team was very communicative and made sure we were notified and ready for delivery and install. (BTW, if you replace a whole kitchen, you're gonna need a LOT of room to store the boxed-up cabinets and extra panels when they arrive until install day.) We are really pleased with all the choices we made on cabinet and drawer placement and size (I was meticulous about what items and appliances would go where). And the white finish has held up perfectly with wiping off spilled foods and liquids. And when we needed one item serviced months later, it was taken care of quickly (thanks Marco and Aurelio!) We would definitely recommend Mr. Cabinet Care for jobs similar to ours and would use them again (if we ever redo our bathroom cabinets). Open

We had them refinish our cabinets.  The quality is great and we love the self closing drawers and cabinets.  Of course we paid extra and well worth the cost.   We feel we got a great deal at a fair price.  We had an awesome installer named Saul and one day we had an additional installer Jose who really made the job go quickly.   I gave  them 5 stars because we are very happy with the results.  One thing we felt a bit slighted in was the fact that we could have slightly modified our bottom cabinets to accommodate for two larger pull outs vs the 4 small ones.  The sales person nor the surveyor ever mentioned the possibility of this.  It would have been so much nicer to have had larger pull outs.  You'd think with all the kitchens they do it would have been brought to our attention.    We only became aware of this after the fact.  The other thing we did not like was dealing w any changes.  The back office is strictly by the policies and procedures and good will was a bit lacking.  Common sense did prevail in the end, however they could use a little more leeway in dealing with the customers.  Especially people like us that are more than reasonable. What I really liked about Mr Cabinet Care was not everything went 100% according to plan; however, in life everything rarely works out 100% the way you plan. There were a couple of curve balls thrown at my project and I was really impressed at how Mr Cabinet Care stood in there and eventually knocked it out of the park. Things that were not quite right, they analyzed, then made it right. My wife and I wanted to give our kitchen and powder room a new look. We scoured the internet looking for the best providers. We finally settled for Mr. Cabinet because of all the positive reviews. And they were right. Scott came out, did a survey and gave us a time frame along with a quote. Next Nathan came and double checked everything to make sure we were good to go. The scheduling team was superb with timely and accurate updates. And then our remodel started. They showed up (Michael and John) and demolished our old kitchen. The next day our new cabinets were delivered. Frank showed up the next day to install the cabinets. What a fine and meticulous he did. Then the counter top specialist did a complete measurement before fabrication was done and later installed the next week. Finally we had Jose who did the back splash tile work and Edgar who did the final appliance installations. What a fantastic job the entire did to create and finish our new kitchen and powder room.
