Our experience with New Appearance Windows (and doors) was fantastic. They installed several large doors in my dad's house. He had such a good experience with them that he provided me with Shawn's contact information. Shawn was very helpful. As soon as I called him about our interest in French doors, we scheduled an appointment for him to measure our space and discuss our options. The frame we wanted to add doors to was unusually small for French doors. Shawn was able to contact the manufacturer directly. Despite the fact that the doors are smaller than their minimum requirement, they agreed to build the doors for us. The installation was quick and easy. And, the installation crew was very good about cleaning up before they left. Our doors are beautiful and they are very good and keeping out the summer heat and noises from outside. This is our second time working with this company. Previously it had another name-but still the same owners I believe. They did an amazing job before with some very odd windows facing the freeway that were retrofitted. This time it was the sliding patio door at our son's condo that was installed with the screen on the inside?? From the 80s when it was built. We got a beautiful new slider that doesn't let the dirt in and has more than just the lock in the handle-which our son really appreciates having the extra security locks. We got a fair price for a custom made door and professional installation. We are very happy and look forward to replacing the last two windows in the near future. Open

I love New Appearance Windows! I have worked with the owner, Jeff McLellan, on three occasions previously.  Jeff organized putting their windows in our rental houses for low cost and great looks and functionality. The crew is fantastic, quick, professional, pleasant. The whole experience took perhaps 2 1/2 -3 weeks from estimate to shining new double-pane vinyl windows. The neighbors love the looks, it really upgrades the whole home. The windows they put in for us are Greenworld Windows, and they are my favorite brand.
