Outstanding company. With our first contact with Tim who comes out to show you their products to the crews who install the the awnings are all the utmost professionals. Saul is very helpful setting up the whole process to get your awnings made and installed. Install Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Needed small follow up to which The Awning Company remedied the same day. To me that's dependable. Very pleased with our Awnings and highly recommend you use these folks!!!

We were shopping around for a 30 foot awning for our deck. There were cheaper awnings out there through Costco, but couldn't beat the quality of the product offered here. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. We purchased an extra warranty and fingers crossed, will not need to use it and modify this review. Highly recommend.

BEST addition we've ever made to our house!!! Made our westward-facing backyard usable!! The product quality is top notch and the service was outstanding! After researching other companys and looking at Yelp reviews, we decided to use this company to install two custom retractable awnings. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with from the telephone representative who set up the initial appointment for a free estimate to the sales person and installers. Everything went without a hitch. I could not be happier with the entire process. Our awnings came out beautifully and are exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed. I want to especially thank Aaron, Eduardo, and Ruiz for a job well done. You guys really are the best!

Mike came out and talked me through installing roller blinds as the sun from the West is blinding in the afternoon. We ordered the motorized one and it is amazing! Prior to this, we had to lower blackout shades every day making the house feel closed up. With the roller blinds, we can still see our view and yet the glare is gone! Fidel and the crew were fantastic with the installation! We are so thankful for The Awning Co!

I recently hired this company to install a very specific decorative item on my house in San Diego. It was very difficult to find people who will understand the importance of esthetics and beauty, even if they are giving you a great price. They did not give up on my idea. The Awning Company was very good from start to finish in all facets of our purchase of a new canopy to the entrance of our church. Aaron showed up early to do the estimate and was very knowlegeable. The pricing was well below other vendors we contacted. Lori was great in keeping us informed and updated on the progress & scheduling of the job. Eduardo did a good job on the installation of the canopy/awning. I would definitely recommend these people for anyone in need of awning services/products.

A few years ago I bought an awning from The Awning Company and was very pleased with everything. I now wanted a new awning for a different area and called them again but also called other companies for comparison of prices and product. I'm glad I did. It only confirmed to go with The Awning Company again. It started with Tim, the sales person, was so professional and informative of the right product. Other companies just seemed to want to sell me something quick and get out. The install, just like before, was very professional as well as respecting my home. I definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with both my new awnings, it took forever for the association to do all the approvals but in the end all went well especially the installation people. Fidel and his crew are nothing short of awesome. (installers) Everyone was professional and did what they said they'd do, the office personnel and the salesman that showed up initially.
