Anaheim Door Company is great to work with when you need your electric garage door repaired or serviced. They are friendly and efficient. Justin in scheduling tried to help me look for the solution to the beeping problem being noted as needing a battery replacement...but I couldn't see the battery because it was a large block battery that blended in with the casing, so we scheduled a service appointment. The technician was Patrick (goes by PG) and he has been to our home before, and he replaced the battery and serviced the door. Patrick was also excellent at explaining the situation and showing me the solutions to use if the problem occurs again. I appreciate that very much. I would recommend Anaheim Door for your garage door needs. They installed all the garage doors in our neighborhood when it was built 32 years ago, and I am so glad that they are still in business and that we can rely on them for garage door help when needed. This review is for Justin and Tom who helped serviced my parents' door at the very last minute on Memorial Day weekend when a spring broke and they couldn't get their car out. I had a rather unusual problem with my garage door opener that I had purchased from Anaheim Door in 2015. I hadn't called them for a while, so I was perplexed and surprised at some of the negative reviews I saw here. I wondered what had changed, because I've received nothing but exemplary service with this company. Good thing I don't believe everything I read. I called and talked to Justin. He was so willing to go out of his way to meet my request for a certain day, and although their schedule was full, he made it possible for me to be worked in on the only day I was available. Yep! It was the same friendly place! Unlike some of the surprisingly negative things I have read here,  I received the best Customer Service that I have experienced ANYWHERE in years. Justin  couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Sure enough, just as he promised, he called me back with a time for me on the day I wanted. Tom came out and arrived right on time. He tested everything and fixed the problem, cleaned up my door and lubricated it for me, and covered all the bases for maintenance that he could possibly have done. He showed me a few things about my garage door opener that I didn't understand before, and he tested everything thoroughly before he left. These guys give awesome service, they are polite and respectful, and they get the job done. I am overwhelmed at the excellent Customer Service, (especially these days), and Tom, the very nice guy who took care of my problem, went out of his way to make sure he had covered everything with me. We decided to use Anaheim Door to replace our garage doors after going into their showroom and met the salesman Martin. Martin did a great job explaining the different options and walked us through the Pros and Cons of each option. He was very professional and patient with us and helped us to decide on the perfect doors for our house. On the day of install the installers were on time and did a great job installing the doors and even finished earlier than expected. These new doors completely changed the way our house looked and made us feel like we have a new house. We have already received compliments on the new doors and friends have asked about the company. Purchased our Garage Door from Anaheim Door in July 2014. Have enjoyed the great looking door since. Came back from Thanksgiving 2018 trip to find our garage door panel had malfunctioned-was not working at all even though we checked that power was reaching this control unit. Called Anaheim Door for a service call to determine what the problem was and get it fixed. They scheduled service in two days. Great! Service tech "PG" came out today at the exact time promised. He introduced himself, was super courteous throughout the onsite call and identified the panel needed replacing. He assisted me with the re-learning process on each remote and car link as well as 'tuned-up' the door. Could not have asked for a more professional tech who was very knowledgeable and fast. I have had a great experience in dealing with Anaheim Door.  We started at the sales office to review options for a new door.  The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, no pressure, and helped us select a wood door that is just perfect for our home.  Next, a service person arrived to start the first phase of the installation which included measurements, etc. He was great also.  Then the actual installation went seamlessly, with two individuals that were professional and kept the area clean and neat.  And finally, the real test arrived when the door was making some noise and I requested a service call.  The service individual was so helpful, gave us recommendations and tips on lubrication options, and then ran a battery of tests just to check out the system...all at no cost to us!  This type of customer service is pretty rare these days.  So we are very happy with our choice! Ok.  Upfront disclaimer....we didn't buy anything from them.  We're looking for a new front entry door and while driving to a couple of stores just happened to pass Anaheim Door.   It did say entry doors on the sign.   We walked in and a courteous lady at the front desk pointed us to the showroom and the gentlemen's name who could help us.   As we walked in we saw really no entry doors, only garage doors.   We decided to go but as I'm putting the car in reverse to leave, I see a gentleman in my rearview mirror coming from the store, flagging me down.   He saw us come in from an office and leave quickly and wanted to be sure we had been helped.  He identified himself as being the general manager so we mentioned we were looking for entry doors.  He told us that they were focusing more on garage doors and moving away from entry doors.  He couldn't have been any nicer and talked with us for several minutes.   As for entry doors, go read the view I'm about to write for MyView Windows just to the west of Anaheim Door.   Thank you "Mr General Manager" for thinking enough of us to flag us down. I will admit that I was very skeptical when I contacted Anaheim Doors for maintenance and repair work on my garage door. But after having had a perfect experience with them, I give them five stars! Scheduling was easy peasy, no wait, no hassle. Although given a three hour window, I was called in advance of Jose's arrival when he was coming over, and it was the first stop of the morning. He diligently performed the services, was friendly, and took pride in the otherwise uninteresting topic of garage doors explaininig why, for example, I should have the door periodically maintained and at least, buy garage door lubricant, and not use WD-40.
