David was so nice and very helpful. He was diligent in his work and did an amazing job in our home. Our carpet was pretty soiled and after he cleaned-- the floors looked brand new! He even gave us tips and tricks on what we can do to preserve the life of the carpet. He also gave us a timeline on when and if we should need another cleaning. I appreciate the work that was done. You can not get any better service anywhere, of that i am assured, David arrived well inside the one hour window he had provided me with. David is a man of his word and was able to get a 4"by10 blood stain out when I was told by everyone I talked with; that a blood stain three months old was a impossible at best and the company I paid $200 to, swore that they could do the job and; only lightened it slightly. Not David he got it out checked often though the cleaning process. David is a man and; brought our 30 year old Berber carpet back to life and I made a friend in the precess.thank you A- Carpet Care. Best carpet cleaning job that we have had in 45 years of owning homes. Daniel Jones, Author, Writer and Speaker I noticed a light shadow in two unrelated areas so I called David and asked him if he would mind stopping by when he was back in my area. He called me back the next morning, and said he would come the next day. Which he did right on time with a big smile on his face and went right to work making a great job even greater. David from A1 Carpet did a great job cleaning our entire house. An older carpet stained by two geriatric dogs and one new dog, not to mention a grandson, was clean and rejuvenated when David left. He removed stains that were formidable. David was very professional and easy to work with. We would definitely use him for repeat business.

Called A1 Carpet Care to come out because our dog got sick and we needed the carpets cleaned ASAP. I was able to get a same day appointment and the tech arrived on time. Guillermo did a great job on the carpets even though they are older and not in the best shape. We told him we would request him again when we make an appointment in a couple of months to do the whole house. Second time A1 has cleaned our carpets and both times were good experiences.

A1 and specifically David from A1 are AWESOME. First, I am extremely picky and clean. Second, I am an eye doctor so trained to notice every little thing. Third, I have 2 dogs and a baby on the way -- so a lot to notice! A1 always comes through with me. they made the carpet look like new and I recently had them clean an upholstered chair and futon in the nursery -- they literally look, smell, seem BRAND NEW. I have used multiple companies in the pasadena area and feel strongly this one is the BEST. Ask for David!

A1 Carpet Care service is top notch and they have very friendly and professional staff. I called on a Thursday and set up an appointment for the following day. David came to our apartment to clean the bedroom carpet after our puppy made a mess all over it. David was very friendly, patient, and kept us updated on his exact ETA several times! Thanks to David and A1 Carpet Care, the carpet in our bedroom looks brand new and smells good again! Highly recommended and I will be referring David & A1 to all of my friends and family! Thank you again.
