We interviewed several contractors for a remodel of our downstairs and decided to use KN Remodeling.  This was a daunting remodel but Nathan guided us through it with his knowledge of the process as well as assisting with design, selection of material and the crew are very professional and pleasant.  Our remodel included:  kitchen, laundry room, hallways, entryway, dining and living room, staircase and master bath.  We added on a few extra items - living room fireplace and I hope I can figure out how to post photos of all the work.  We are very pleased and if we get a chance will work with KN again.  Love our new house! I choose KN remodeling based on Yelp reviews. I needed both a partial kitchen remodel and  partial bath remodel. The workmanship is beautiful. KN Remodeling was able to finish my kitchen and bath remodel on time and only had a lag time for the very time consuming inspection.  Nathan advised me every step of the way on the materials I needed to purchase and where to get it, troubleshoot when an issue arose, and called me almost every day to tell me what his crew were doing on a particular day, so the work flowed smoothly and I felt I was a big part of the whole process. Very happy with the custom cabinets, it was exactly what I wanted.  The tile work was excellent, the crew installed all the light fixtures I specifically wanted as well as all the kitchen and bath fixtures.  My remodeled condo look very bright and airy, modern and updated.  Couldn't be happier! We worked with Nathan to remodel our first house this year. As first-time renovators AND first-time home owners, it was a daunting task. Nathan made us feel very well taken care of - he has a strong attention to detail, and we felt we knew what we were getting throughout the project. We settled on a price up front for all of the labor, with the promise that even if things came up during the project, Nathan would take care of the complications without changing the price. He kept that guarantee. We ended up expanding our job to include other work, but all of the initial work was done at the promised price with no surprises. We are now living in our renovated house, and we love it. We have new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom, new central air conditioning, new lighting, new paint, and a beautiful new living room after we removed a wall downstairs! I couldn't imagine organizing such a huge project myself, and we're deeply grateful to have had someone as reliable as Nathan taking care of everything! Open

Nathan and his crew recently did a partial remodel of our master bathroom. It is now a beautiful tub/shower. They did a wonderful job removing the old shower/tub, and drywall. Now there is a jacuzzi tub, travertine on the shower walls up to the ceiling, and new fixtures for the shower and sink. It looks like a museum piece. They also clean up thoroughly before they leave everyday, there are contractors that are not nearly as thorough as Nathan's team is.
